| Our organization has been approved 501(C)3 Non-Profit status. How can you help our volunteers? Donate equipment or funds to help cover costs of training classes, training supplies, team response kits, mobile rescue equipment, medical equipment, this web site and more. |
| Our organization is currently funded by Grant monies from Homeland Security. This grant allows us to buy training books and starter response kits for individuals that go through our training course. We can train approximately 120 individuals per year from the grant monies we receive. Our class Instructors, Team Leaders and Executive Board members are all non paid volunteers. Available grant monies will allow us to put on 3 training class. Grant monies can not be requested again till June 2011. There is now a $12.00 FEE to take the CERT class. Each person that completes our course assembles a 72 hour survival kit and a personal Emergency Response Kit at their own expense. |
